SG International Education accepts no responsibility whatsoever for cases of force majeure (according to law) or for students' actions.

Deposit (€200) should be included (mail us a copy of the bank transfer, or you can pay by credit card through PayPal).
After we receive your deposit, we will reserve your courses and accommodation.
You will receive the course confirmation(s) and outstanding fees as well as detailed information for your journey and stay by post, fax or e-mail. Approximately 10 days before the course starts and once full payment has been received, SG International Education will send you the accommodation address (if requested) and a map of the city.

For bank transfers please send the scanned document and note the name of the participant´s course/programme to facilitate correct payment.
The remainder of the payment must be made within 20 days in advance of the course/programme start date.
Accommodation payment must be paid in full when booking the course/programme. This payment is non-refundable once Saint Gabriel has sent the confirmation.
Enrolment for Groups and Institutions
For those institutions which manage the course bookings for student groups.
Saint Gabriel will send the relevant invoices for group charges in regard to the courses/programmes and the additional services contracted by the institution. The invoices must be paid within 10 days after issue, therefore the institution group leader is required to give sufficient advance notice for the authorization and issue of the payment by their Finance Department. The payment must be made by bank transfer to the following Account Number

LAST MINUTE ENROLMENT
Students who enrol less than 20 days prior to the course starting date are required to pay all fees upon enrolment.
Please note payments are only accepted in euro € and must be received by us 20 days prior to the course starting date.

2.Please add €15 to cover bank charges. Any excess amount will be refunded when the money arrives.
Please state your name, type and date of course on all transfer forms.
If you have already paid the deposit by credit card, please note that SG International Education will need further authorisation to charge the remaining fees as well.
- All credit card payments for accommodation fees are subject to a commission charge of 3% (VISA, MASTERCARD).
*If there are public holidays during your stay in Seville, while you are on your course, then the school will be closed. If this is the case then the student shall no right to any type of financial compensation for this.
