Spanish and cookery
St Gabriel International professional Hospitality and Catering partner, I.E.S. Heliopolis College Sevilla, offers you courses in Spanish gastronomy and an introduction to the unique Sevillan food experience. The college trains hundreds of students to become professional chefs and offers adults introductory and specialist courses in food preparation, patisserie, sauces and cordon bleu. Our cookery and Spanish programme is delivered in the purpose built kitchen training facilities of the college, our classrooms and visits to Sevillan restaurants.
Classes: 20 hours class per week, Monday to Friday.
9 am - 1 pm daily sessions of 55 min each. Four cookery classes per week with demonstrations.
Recommended starting dates: One or two weeks Beginners and Non-beginners,March 7,14,28/April 4,18/May 9,16
Students: 6-12 students per class.
